These Terms govern purchases from and use of evermountwear.com. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. The terms disclosed when you order apply to that purchase. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorized to use your payment method. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
You may not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Products and descriptions
Review the product description, materials, measurements, care instructions, and size chart before purchasing. Colors can appear differently across screens. This does not excuse a material difference between a product and its description. Product-specific performance claims apply only where expressly stated and supported; ordinary outdoor clothing is not represented as certified protective equipment unless expressly identified as such.
4. Prices, promotions, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are disclosed before you complete checkout. Any additional mandatory fees must be disclosed as required by law. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless the offer permits it.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize the disclosed charge. If we identify a material price or availability error, we will contact you rather than charge a different price without your approval. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the canceled items.
5. Orders and cancellations
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, an unresolved payment problem, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction, subject to applicable law. Paid amounts for canceled items will be refunded.
To request a cancellation or address correction, email info@evermountwear.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. This does not limit your rights concerning shipping delays, defective goods, or eligible returns.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our linked policies explain processing and delivery estimates, return eligibility, costs, and refunds. Specific promises made for your order remain binding. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the notice and cancellation or delay choices required by applicable law.

Website content is owned by EverMount Wear or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may use the website for personal shopping; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or a legal right.
If you submit a review, it must reflect your actual experience.
